L'Oréal Paris #TXT Supersize Spray

I have very fine hair, but there is a lot of it. I struggle to get volume in my hair and to make it last all day as it's so flat and dull. However, when I saw this cheeky little spray creep onto the market I knew I had to get my hands on it. I often have to use some sort of volumising product like this on a daily basis otherwise I am definitely not rocking an attractive hair look. My expectations for this were high as I've noticed a lot of people seem to be keen on it.

This spray is designed to create volume and texture in hair. It aims to provide effortless style without any stiffness. The spray consists of texturising micro-powders which claim to create bouffant back-combed volume from the roots of the hair to the tips. It also promises an instant matte finish so it should not be sticky or have that hairspray feel to it as well as being non-heavy, non-stiff, non-crunchy and brushable

I really do like this product. It gives my hair an instant lift on days that I haven't blow-dried. Don't get me wrong, it doesn't give me a huge volumised look that I would get if I had backcombed my hair, it just adds a perfect little bit of oomph to my hair so it looks thicker and more full. Personally, I am not too crazy on the smell but it isn't too noticeable unlike most hairsprays. I  also don't feel the instant need to wash my hair when I've applied it as I tend to with hairspray or other volumising products because it is very lightweight. I have quite long hair as well and this manages to keep my hair looking bigger and thicker for most of the day. However occasionally I do top it up if necessary and if I can fit it in my bag that I'm using for the day as the bottle isn't handbag-friendly at 200ml.

I would definitely have to recommend this product, especially for those of you with fine hair. Available for £3.79 I think that this is an absolute bargain since this is something I will probably be using most days.

Random sidenote: does anyone else think the name of this product is ridiculously long?

Have you tried this product? Are there any volumising sprays you could recommend?

  2. I haven't seen this spray for sale in my area, but it sounds lovely! One of the reasons why I hate hairsprays in the first place are the stiffness they give my hair.

I will definitely give this product a try if I can find it!
